FAQ’s

Q: Do I need to bring my own outfits?

A: Yes, recommend bringing 3 outfit changes. We do have long skirts that can be paired with leotards, so it’s always a good idea bringing some. We also recommend bring some sliders/slippers to slip on your feed between shots.

Q: Where is the studio located?

A: The studio address is 44 Victoria Road, Widnes, WA8 7RJ

Q: Are you open at weekends?

A: Yes, as family photographers we have to work around the busy schedule of a family, so we are open Saturdays from 10am to 6pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm.

Q: Are you open in the evenings?

A: We know how busy a dancers schedule is so we are open from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays.

Q: Can I buy extra images?

A: Yes. You are under no obligation to purchase any products or extra images. If you did want to purchase anything then we have a wide range of products available from £70. To give you an idea, a dance photoshoot client spends on average around £400. You are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Q: If I did decide to purchase anything, how do I pay?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple/Google pay, bank transfer and interest free credit via PayItMonthly.

Q: Do you offer credit/split payment options?

A: Yes, we offer 0% finance through PayItMonthly with up to 12 months depending on eligibility. We also offer payment plans if credit options are not something you wish to use.

Our dance portrait experience gives a dancer the time to enjoy the session and be as creative and expressive as they want. My multi-set studio has the environments to cater for many styles and as always with an Evolutionary Images photo shoot – creativity comes as standard.

Our studio is open Mon-Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat 10am – 4pm, Sun 10am – 6pm

The portrait session will be held at my studio, 44 Victoria Rd, Widnes, WA8 7RJ
Your portrait session will last up to 90 minutes and a variety of images will be taken in the studio.
Session must be taken before the 30th November 2025.
Your photo gift cannot be exchanged for any other product.
At the end of the shoot we will arrange a viewing appointment which will be within two weeks of the shoot, during which you will view the images and choose and purchase your favourites.
At your viewing and ordering appointment you will be given the opportunity to purchase wall art, albums and collections.
By booking your session you agree that Evolutionary Images may use the images on our websites and social media and for marketing purposes (this can be waived at your viewing).
The offer cannot be used for sessions already booked
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.
Parent/guardian must be present at all times (under 18s).
Only 1 session per family/client – up to 3 dancers in 1 session.
Not for commercial use.
Evolutionary Images reserve the right to refuse a booking – a full booking fee refund would be issued in this case.
Cancelations within 24 hours or no show to shoot or viewing session will resort in loss of booking fee and any gift offer included with the session.
Reschedules within 24 hours will resort in loss of booking fee as Evolutionary Images discretion.
